About Flock Together
Flock Together is a birdwatching collective founded in 2020 to reimagine who nature is for and how we experience it. What began as a response to the underrepresentation of people of colour in outdoor spaces has grown into an internationally recognised community movement that uses birdwatching as a gateway to connection, joy, and belonging.
The role
We deliver free monthly community birdwatching and nature walks for our ever-growing community, rooted in our commitment to challenging the underrepresentation of people of colour in outdoor and environmental spaces.
Reporting to Flock's Founder, the Community Walks Producer owns the operational delivery of these walks end-to-end, ensuring they are a safe, well-run event on the day.
You'll build and run the systems that let a walk of any size go smoothly, and you'll develop the volunteer team that makes that possible.
